Note: This function is only for analog channels.
- Fine Tune
You can fine tune the channel if the picture is not clear.
Note: This function is only for analog channels.
1. Select Channel > Channel Scan > Fine Tune, then
press OK to enter.
2. Press OK to bring up the soft keyboard, and then
press ◄/► to select a channel for fine tuning.
3. Press ◄/► to fine-tuning the frequency of the
selected channel.
4. Press MENU to save the setting and return to the
previous menu.

Channel Favorite

You can see the list of your favorite TV channels. To
enter one of the favorite channels, press ▲/▼ to select
and then press OK.

Channel Edit

1. Select Channel > Channel Edit and press OK to
display Channel Edit menu.
2. Press ▲/▼ to select the channel as your desired,
then press FAV or the red button on the remote
control to set your favorite channel or the green
button to skip the channel.
Note: If you are using RC 701, you can press the T
button to bring up the on-screen virtual buttons, and
then press ▲/▼/◄/► to select the corresponding
colored button and press OK.
3. Press BACK to return or EXIT to close the menu.

Network

This menu allows you to configure your TV to be
connected to the network.
Press MENU to display the main menu and select
Network, then press OK to confirm. There are two ways
to connect to the network: Wired or WLAN. You can
also deactivate your current Netflix account on the TV
and check the ESN of this TV set. For details, please
refer to Network Settings on page 12.
System Settings Menu

Settings

Press MENU to display the main menu and select
Settings, then press OK to confirm. The Settings
options are as follows:

Menu Language

Press ▲/▼ to select English, Portuguese or Spanish.
Note: For some models, the Spanish option is not
available.

Location

Sets the location of your TV. Press ▲/▼ to select Home
or Shop.

Closed Caption

Many programs are encoded with closed captioning
information, which allows you to display the audio
portion of a program as text on the TV screen.
Note: Closed captioning is not available on all channels
at all times. Only specific programs are encoded with
closed captioning information.
The options are as follows:
- Enable Caption: Press ▲/▼ to select a mode: CC
Off, CC On or On When Mute.
• CC Off: No captioning information displayed.
• CC On: Captioning information always appears,
when available.
• On When Mute: Displays captioning information,
when available, whenever the TV's sound is
muted by pressing MUTE button. The captioning
information is not displayed when the sound is not
muted.
- Analog Closed Caption: Many programs are
encoded with closed-captioning information, which
lets you display the audio portion of a program as
text on the TV screen. Caption is not available on all
channels at all times. Only specific programs encoded
with closed-captioning information are applicable.
