Fit hexagon collar screw (1) from behind in drilled
hole (2) and firmly secure with M6 nut (3).
Take care when subsequently fitting the ground
connection cable to ensure that the washer (4) is
fitted first followed by the cable eye (5) of the
ground connection cable. Now secure cable
eye (5) of the ground connection cable with the
second M6 nut (6).

After installation, protect all parts against
corrosion as described in BMW specification.
