1. Turn Frame (A) on it's back. Insert Axle Rod (F) thru the
axle bushing on the frame. Repeat.

2. Place the wheel over the axle with the air valve facing
out. Place the axle washer (O) over the thread and
screw on axle nut (P) and tighten securely.
Repeat for each remaining wheels.
See Figures 2 & 3.

3. Set the cart upright on the wheels.
4. Insert the Brass Swivel (K ) through the U-bushing
(G) and screw the end of the swivel into the
galvanized tee ( L). See Figure 4. Using a wrench,
tighten the swivel into the galvanized tee. Tighten
securely but do not over tighten. Over tightening
the swivel could cause leakage.
5. Screw the galvanized tee (L) onto the spool (B)
end (the end with the shortest pipe).
Tighten with wrench.
