FOREWORD
PNI SafeHouse HS260 is a smoke detector with an integrated photoelectric cell, which has the ability to detect
smoke from the beginning of a fire event. In such situations, the detector triggers an audible and luminous alarm
and transmits, in the same time, a wireless alarm signal to the alarm system.
PNI SafeHouse HS260 can operate independently (stand-alone) or connected to an alarm system such as PNI
SafeHouse HS550, PNI SafeHouse HS650.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Smoke detector installation
We recommend installing the smoke detector with screws. Installing with adhesive tape can be another alternative.
To remove the smoke detector from the mounting bracket, turn it counterclockwise. First, fix the mounting bracket
to the wall with screws or adhesive tape. Mount the smoke detector back on the mounting bracket, turning it
clockwise.
Note: The detector cannot be mounted on a bracket without a battery due to a protection system.
Safety warnings
• The product is designed for indoor use only.
• The smoke detector must be more than 50 cm away from the lighting device.
• Do not install the smoke detector in bathrooms or places with high humidity.
