10. Remove the front wheelhouse liner screw (Quantity 7).
11. Remove the front wheelhouse liner push-in retainer (Quantity 3).
12. Remove the front wheelhouse liner.

13. Repeat for opposite side of vehicle.
14. Remove the front bumper fascia bolt (Quantity 2).
15. Remove the front fender support bracket bolt (Quantity 6).
16. Remove front bumper fascia side bracket.
17. Carefully push a small nylon wedge between the fascia and the
bracket. Insert a small flat-bladed tool into the fascia slot and
depress the snaps one at a time and pull on the fascia at the
same time to gradually remove the fascia from the bracket.
18. Remove the front bumper fascia headlamp bracket.
19. Carefully release the retainers from the base of the headlamp.
20. Disconnect the headlamp washer hose and retainers.
21. Disconnect the electrical connector.

22. Disconnect the headlamp washer hose from the lower edge of
the upper radiator grille (if equipped).
23. Remove the push pins from each upper left and right hand
corner of the grille.
24. Remove the rivet from each left and right hand corner of the
upper grille assembly.
25. Pull the grille assembly rearward from the retainer tabs on the
inside of the front bumper fascia.

Installation of New Grille
1. Reverse order of removal.
2. Front bumper fascia bolt (Quantity 2) should be tighten to 10
Nm (89 lb in).
3. Front fender support bracket bolt (Quantity 6) should be
tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb in).
4. Radiator air lower deflector retainers (Quantity 20) should be
tighten to 2.5 Nm (22 lb in).
5. Front wheelhouse liner screw (Quantity 7) should be tighten to
3 Nm (27 lb in).
