CLEANING OF THE COMPONENTS
Remove the water storage (fig.2) and wash it by hand under running water. Use only detergent for dishes and non-abrasive sponges. Make sure you have removed all traces of detergent before
putting the fountain back into operation.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE - INDICATORS
Red light flashing: insufficient water level, add water to the appropriate storage (fig. 3). Important: the addition of water should be carried out with the plug disconnected by filling the
appropriate container directly. If the level is below the minimum acceptable, the pump stops working automatically. Once the water has been added press the button (FIG.12), the fountain
will start working again.
Flashing white light: change the multi-stage filter as shown in fig. B / 2 Rinse the new filter under water before placing it. Ordinary filter replacement is every 90 days. Once the filter has been
replaced press the button (FIG.12) for 3 seconds, the white light flashing for 2 sec. indicates that the filter replacement was successful
Orange light: TDS level out of standard, replace the water after cleaning the storage (fig. 3)
NOTE: the pump and transformer are available as spare parts and are sold separately, to buy them, contact the shop or contact CROCI SPA to know the nearest retailer.
SUGGESTIONS: When being introduced to the Pet Fountain, your pet may be cautious of this new and unusual object. After beginning operation of your Pet Fountain, simply allow your pet to
adjust at his or her own pace. Some pets may take several days or longer to begin use, while others will start right away. • Your pet may prefer that the Pet Fountain be placed away from their
normal feeding area. Try placing it in another location, such as a different area of the kitchen or in a bathroom or utility room.

he answers to these questions should help you solve most problems you may have with the Pet Fountain. If they do not, please contact our Customer Care Centre.
Pump does not work or water no longer flows as it used to.
• make sure that the flashing red indicator indicating insufficient water is not visible. In the event of a flashing red light, the pump stops working automatically, add water.
• In the absence of regular cleaning, the pump and prefilter could become clogged due to animal fur and food residues. The pump and prefilter should be cleaned weekly to ensure proper
operation.
• Make sure that the fountain is placed on a horizontal plane and has no sub-elements that could alternate its stability
The pet fountain seems to have a slippery patina.
• If more than one pet uses the fountain, the slippery appearance may be caused by the saliva of the animals. To avoid the inconvenience, change the water and clean the pet fountain more
frequently.
• Make sure to thoroughly rinse the parts that make up the pet fountain. Soap residues can cause slippery patina.
The pet fountain seems dirty even after cleaning it.
• If there is a white chalky substance in the pet fountain, your fountain may have a mineral deposit build-up from hard water. To remove these deposits, clean the fountain parts with a 80%
water and 20% vinegar solution. Rinse all parts thoroughly afterwards. Use filtered or purified water instead of hard tap water to prevent this.
WARRANTY: This product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months, from date of purchase, against defects in materials or workmanship. The guarantee certificate must be completed in its
entirety by the dealer and must accompany the product in the event that it is returned for repair. The warranty consists in the replacement of defective parts. This warranty does not apply in
case of improper use, nor liable for damage caused by tampering or negligence by the purchaser. For warranty service, return the device together with the purchase receipt or equivalent, with
a detailed description of the problem. Excluded from warranty are all parts subject to wear and tear.
• The manufacturing company assumes the commitment to replace at its discretion the malfunctioning or incorrect manufacturing parts, only after careful quality control and detection of
poor construction.
• Always charged to the buyer are the cost of transport and / or delivery in case of misuse of warranty terms
• During the warranty period, replaced products become property of the manufacturer.

RECYCLING:The appliance is marked with the appropriate symbol which indicates that the product must not be disposed of with other household waste at the end of its life cycle, but through
