F u n c t i o n
MALLEO-HiT SUPREME helps to relieve, compress and stabilise the ankle
®
joint. The integrated nubbed AIR-MATRIX silicone friction pads improve the
circulation in the joint area by means of precision friction 1.
This enhances the supply situation for the cartilage and speeds up the
absorption of effusions. The friction also results in better muscular stabili-
sation.

• Everyday preventive treatment for weak ligaments.
c o n t r a - i n D i c at i o n s
Generally speaking you should see the doctor treating you about the
indication and method of wearing an orthopaedic aid and if you have the
following conditions:
• Allergic, inflammatory or lesion-specific skin alterations (e.g. swelling,
reddening) of the body areas being treated.
• Impaired circulation or lymphatic soft tissue swelling.
• Neurogenically-specific organoleptic and skin trophic disorders in the
body area being treated (sensory disorders with and without skin
damage).
So far not consequential incompatibilities or allergic reactions have been
reported.

With proper use and proper fitting, so far there have been no reports of
serious general side-effects.
Local pressure symptoms and impaired circulation can be prevented with
sufficient certainty on an individual basis if allowance is made for any contra-
indications and with non-restricting consistently shaped body fitting.
F i t t i n g

• Take the upper part of the bandage and wrap it around up to the top edge
of the SPORLASTIC AIR-MATRIX silicone pads.
• Pull the bandage over the foot until the heel fits properly in the anatomi
cally stitched heel section. The SPORLASTIC AIR-MATRIX silicone pads
should then be positioned behind and beneath the medial/lateral
malleolus.
• Wrap the upper part of the bandage around again and, if necessary, pull
the bandage upwards a little for a proper fit.
