MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The Spray-Gel V.P. is made completely in stainless steel, which makes it totally resistant to aggressive and
corrosive substances. It is manufactured with a hermetically sealed boiler-tank (no liquids can leak when used
normally). The machine is compact and fitted with wheels so that it can be moved around easily and silently.
The jelly container, located at the top at the back of the machine, can be inspected through a hatch that
protects the jelly from coming into contact with ambient air and which, when sucked through the tube, is
carried straight to the heating circuit.
The heated lodging for the dispensing gun allows the total exclusion of a very bothersome
inconvenient: it avoids, at last, jelly to crystallize and stuck inside the joint. In this way the
dispensing is always ready and immediate also after a long period of inactivity and even the
thickest jelly is fastly dispensed.
Any type of jelly can be used with the Spray-Gel V.P .
Spraying pressure can be adjusted from 2.5-3.0 bars to 5.5 bars.
Maximum distribution pressure is 450 cc/minute.
Maximum operating temperature is 95°C.
There are two inspection hatches at the back of the machine. The first one, at the top, can be
opened without a key and closes the jelly container compartment; the second, at the bottom, which
can be locked with a key, is for inspecting the electrical and pneumatic system. Any work on this
system must be carried out only after consulting the assistance service.
