CAUTION
1. Use the appliance in accordance with its rating voltage.
2. Do not repair or adapt the appliance yourself. It should only be repaired by a
repair man.
3. To avoid accidents, do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
4. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a cable from the manufac-
turer or one of its service agents.
5. When the appliance is not in use, switch it off and unplug it.
6. To avoid damage, do not insert things into the air outlets or inlets.
7. Do not use the appliance near explosive or combustible gas.
8. Only use the appliance on a flat surface.
9. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
10. Do not overturn the appliance.
11. If water gets into the body of the appliance, unplug the power supply and dry the
body before using the appliance again.
12. Clean the appearance with a slightly damp cloth. It can be cleaned with neutral
detergents. Do not rinse with water.
13. Do not position the air outlets or inlets near a wall or curtain.
14. Do not knock or shake the body when the appliance is in use, otherwise it may
stop.
15. The appliance must not be placed immediately below a mains socket.
16. The rating current of socket should exceed 10 A.
17. Do not use the appliance in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower or
swimming pool.
18. This appliance is not intended for use by persons, including children, with redu-
ced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or a lack of experience and know-
ledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
19. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
WARNINGS:
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
