Thank you for purchasing the Steam Gourmet Pro®, the
healthier, cleanest and effortless way to cook 3 different
dishes at the same time.
The innovative steam system uniformly and continuously
circulate the steam through the 3 container levels ensu-
ring the fast and even cooking of 3 wonderful dishes at
the same time.
Steam Gourmet Pro® is perfect for preparing a wide va-
riety of food: all steam in a matter of minutes.
Steam Gourmet Pro® is the ideal way to maintain the
natural juices, aroma and flavors of the food.
Read this instruction manual carefully before using the
product for the first time and keep it in an accessible pla-
ce for future use.
GENERAL AND SAFETY INDICATIONS:
- Read all instructions carefully.
- Steam Gourmet Pro® is not a toy. Keep out of reach
of children.
- To prevent damage and/or injuries, only use acces-
sories recommended by the manufacturer.
- Only use Steam Gourmet Pro® indoors and on dry sur-
faces.
- Do not touch hot surfaces without heat-resistant gloves
or pads.
- Do not use Steam Gourmet Pro® if the cable or plug
is damaged. Return your Steam Gourmet Pro® to the
nearest authorized service facility if the cable or plug is
damaged.
- Unplug Steam Gourmet Pro® when not in use and befo-
re cleaning. Turn off the unit before unplugging it.
- Do not unplug Steam Gourmet Pro® with wet hands.
- Do not cover the Steam Gourmet Pro®.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or ins-
truction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.

COOKING WITH THE Steam Gourmet Pro®
- Fill the water tank in the base of the Steam Gourmet
Pro® with cold water respecting the Max and Min limit
indicated on the tank.
- Note: water level should never be below the Min Line.
- Never pour wine, broth or any other liquid in the water
tank.
- Only use clean water. Never use dirty water for cooking
(Fig. M).
- Place the food into the steaming bowl.
- Arrange food in center of bowl.
- Try to not block the steam block.
- Meat or fish should always be placed in the lower stea-
ming bowl to avoid juices dripping on the contents of the
other bowls.
