h) Insert the game software into the console
i) Note that the Racing Wheel is functional up to 12 meters away from the console
Advance racing wheel features:
a) Power save mode (sleep mode): The racing wheel is equipped with a power save
feature to conserve batteries while the racing wheel is powered ON.
There are two different scenarios in which the racing wheel will automatically enter
the power save mode
i)
If the racing wheel attempts to connect to the receiver module for over
55 seconds and fails to establish a connection.
ii)
If the racing wheel has been connected to the receiver but has been inactive
for over 10 minutes.
Press HOME to exit the Power Save Mode and activate the controller again.
b) Low battery warning: The racing wheel is equipped with a low battery warning feature
to inform the user that the batteries must be replaced soon. The port indicator LED
located on the front of the racing wheel will start to flash indicating the remaining
battery power is limited.
c) Vibration Function: The racing wheel supports vibration functions incorporated
in the gaming software. The racing wheel will respond to actions and situations
in the game to enhance the realism. To turn the vibrations feature ON, position
the ON/OFF switch to the ON position, To turn the vibrations feature off, position
the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position.
Button Function
a) Start Button: The start button is used to start and pause the game.
b) Directional Pad: The directional pad is used to move objects or game characters in
a desired direction(up, down, left, or right). The directional pad can also be used to
simulate the left analog stick.
c) L1 ,R1, L3, R3 Buttons & L2, R2 Triggers: The game software will dictate the function
of the L1, R1, L3, R3 buttons & L2, R2 triggers. Refer to your "Controller Setup" in
the software game menu or the instruction manual for further details.
d) X, O, , Buttons: The game software will dictate the functions of the action
buttons (X, O, , ) Refer to your "Controller Setup" in the software game menu or
the instruction manual for further details.
e) Connect button: The connect button is used to reestablish the connection between
the PS3

and the racing wheel.
f) ON/OFF power switch: The racing wheel is equipped with a two-step switch

OFF position: The controller is powered OFF. The controller is non-functional

ON position: The controller is powered ON. The controller is fully functional
g) Vibration ON/OFF: Used to turn on and off the vibration function of the racing
wheel.
h) Home Button: The home button of the racing wheel will work the same as the PS
button on the original Sony PS3
