Installation

3.1 Positioning the machine

The unit should be placed on a solid base and set level. It should be installed in a place which is clean and as free
from dust as possible.
Caution A minimum gap of 20 cm should be left between the table with water circulation
unit connected to the casting machine and any units on either side. This ensures that
the casting machine is well ventilated.

3.2 Connecting the water supply to the high frequency casting machine megapuls compact

Connect the water pressure hose with the
the water circulation unit (Fig. 1), to the "WATER IN" connection on the high frequency casting machine
megapuls compact (Fig. 2).
Connect the water outlet hose without the angled connector (Fig. 1, Pos. 3) to the "WATER OUT" connection
on the high frequency casting machine megapuls compact (Fig. 2) and secure the hose with the hose clamp
supplied.
Ensure that the screw on the hose clamp is properly tightened.
