NOTE: Usually defrosting will need
longer time than that of cooking.
If the food can be cut by a knife, the
defrosting process can be considered
complete. Microwaves penetrate around
4cm into most food.
Defrosted food should be consumed as
soon as possible, it is not advised to
put it back into the fridge and/or freeze
again.
Example: To defrost 0.4kg poultry

3.10 Use: Auto cooking
The microwave has 8 pre-set cooking
functions for easy operation.
3.10.1. Turn the Auto cooking/Time
weight knob.
3.10.2. The LED will show A.1, A.2...
A.8.
3.10.3. Select you desired cooking
setting.
Steps Display
After power-up, the :
colon flashes
Press Defrost button d.2
to set the food kind.
Turn Auto Cooking/ 0.4
Time. Weight knob to
set the defrost weight
Start cooking by
pressing Instant. Start
Halfway through the
defrosting process, 3
beep sounds will be
heard (two times) to
prompt you to turn
over the food. Open
the door and turn over
the food. Then close
the door. Press the
Instant. Start button
again to continue
defrosting
