AJUSTING THE OPENING AND CLOSING FORCE:
Calibrate the push force as follows:
- Operate the Actuator and unscrew the torque adjustment Screw until the gate stops.
- Wait 5 or 10 seconds and adjust, by rotating clockwise.
- We recommend using a dynamometer to check that the push force does not exceed 15 Kg.
- Close the gate.
- Adjust the torque delay time to the minimum possible so that the motor can overcome the initial
inertia of the gate.
This determines the start of the gate at the maximum power possible, when the time has
elapsed, a push force equal to the force set by adjusting "Torque Adjustment" trimmer is
delivered.
- Execute several test manoeuvres to check the correct operation of the system.
