PUEDE OCASIONARSE DAÑO PERSONAL Y/O A LA UNIDAD.
• NO SOBRECARGUE LOS CAJONES.
• NO ABRA MÁS DE UN CAJÓN CARGADO A LA VEZ, porque pueden voltearse.
• Antes de intentar mover la unidad y para evitar posibles daños, CERCIÓRESE
QUE LOS CAJONES Y LAS PUERTAS ESTÉN BIEN CERRADAS Y
ASEGURADAS EN SU LUGAR Y CIERRE LA TAPA.
• NO SE PARE SOBRE EL PRODUCTO, NI EN LOS CAJONES, ya que podría
caerse y ocasionar lesiones personales y/o daños materiales.
• NO MONTE EL PRODUCTO SOBRE UN CAMIÓN O CUALQUIER OTRO
OBJETO EN MOVIMIENTO.
• PONGA LOS FRENOS A LAS RUEDAS MOVIBLES CUANDO NO ESTÉ
MOVIENDO LA UNIDAD.

ENSAMBLADO DE LA MANIJA

Herramientas necesarias:
• Llave Allen 5 mm (incluida)
1. Align each handle (#1) against the
side panel of toolbox.
2. Insert the M6x55 mm Allen Screw (#2)
and M6 Washer (#3) provided. Tighten
with the Allen Wrench (#5) (included).
3. Align Plastic Cover Caps (#4) evenly
over handle screw holes. Using a small
head rubber mallet, tap plastic cover
caps flush with handle.
TOOLBOX ASSEMBLY
WARNING: DO NOT LIFT UPPER TOOL CHEST ALONE; TEAM LIFT TOP UNIT.
1. Place Upper Chest on top of Bottom
Cabinet.
2. Use CAUTION; DO NOT PINCH
FINGERS. Align both Upper Chest
and Bottom Cabinet mounting Security
Bracket holes on rear of toolbox.
3. Mount Security Brackets (#9) to both
the top and bottom sections of toolbox,
with M6x16 HHCS (#8). Do not tighten
yet. (See image - A.)
4. Check that Brackets, Upper Chest,
and Bottom Cabinet are in alingment.
5. Tighten bracket bolts.
6. Assembly is now complete.

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
Nota: NO RETIRE las etiquetas adheridas sobre la Caja de Herramientas.
Caja Superior
1. Para cerrar con llave: Cierre primero
todos los cajones. Cierre la tapa y
después de vuelta a la llave hacia la
IZQUIERDA.
2. Para abrir: De vuelta a la llave hacia la
DERECHA. ABRA la tapa y jale el cajón
hacia afuera.
Caja Inferior
1. Para cerrar con llave: Cierre primero
todos los cajones. Cierre la tapa y
después de vuelta a la llave hacia la
IZQUIERDA.
2. Para abrir: De vuelta a la llave hacia la
DERECHA. ABRA la tapa y jale el cajón
Opening Drawers
1. Choose a drawer
to open.
2. Squeeze both the
top and bottom
sections of the
drawer handle.
3. Pull drawer open.
WARNING:
DO NOT open more than one loaded drawer at a time, as tipping may occur.

INSTRUCCIONES DE CUIDADO

• Use un trapo suave que no suelte pelusa
para limpiarla regularmente.
• No utilice limpiadores corrosivos o
abrasivos, porque puede dañar el
acabado.
• Para garantizar el deslizamiento suave
de los cajones, lubrique regularmente
las canaletas inferior e interior de las
correderas internas de los cajones con
spray de grasa de silicón.
Si necesita sacar los cajones, siga
estas instrucciones.
1. Para desarmar los rodamientos
de bola: Presione simultáneamente
el resorte de aseguramiento
de plástico hacia arriba o abajo y
deslice hacia afuera el cajón interior.
Para re-ensamblar.
1. Inserte los extremos interiores de las
correderas laterales del cajón en la
parte media de las correderas del
cajón; después deslícelo
cuidadosamente hasta que quede en
su lugar. Verifique que las correderas
estén fijas de manera segura.
