4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-Charging
The Hybrid Booster must be pre-charged before it can be used to jump start your vehicle. The "Standard Mode" instructions
will guide you on using your current vehicle's "weak" battery to pre-charge the Hybrid Booster. If your vehicle's battery is
completely discharged, or does not allow you to pre-charge the Hybrid Booster, see "Override mode". The Hybrid Booster
can also be pre-charged onboard a 12V vehicle, with the DC cigarette-lighter cable provided.
Standard Mode:
1. Connect clamps to battery terminals. The Hybrid Booster will turn itself on. Digital display shows voltage
of vehicle's battery.
2. Press ON/OFF, the Hybrid Booster will start to recharge. The digital display shows the charging
percentage of internal Ultracapacitors.
3. When digital display shows FUL, and condition indicator is steady green, turn on engine.
