Explanation
Alarm triggered if smoke is detected
Alarm muting is activated for 10 minutes
Alarm memory for approx. 24 hours for
subsequently locating a triggered detector
Detector's fault signal indicting an empty battery
or fault
Detector's fault signal muted for 12 hours
Operability / normal mode / detector is operating
flawlessly and is ready to detect smoke
Solution
Mute alarm signal for 10 minutes by briefly pressing button
(for max. 2 seconds)
Muting can be overridden by removing the detector from its
base for 10 seconds or by pressing the test button: press
and hold the button (for at least 3 seconds) until a loud,
intermittent alarm signal can be heard

Fault signal can be overridden by removing the detector
from its base for 10 seconds or by pressing the test button:

If the fault persists, the detector must be replaced. Fault
signal can be muted for 12 hours by briefly pressing the
button (for max. 2 seconds).
