Problem
Cannot hear
music.
Cannot turn
the speaker
on.
The
speakers
are turn on
but can hear
nothing.
Solution
• Check 3.5mm plug, USB
and RCA connections. /
Adjust the volume.
• Check the USB cable is
right connected.
• Check the USB port is
energized.
• Make sure the PC is
turned on.
• Check the 3.5mm plug
connection.
•Check the computer
volume level.
