Some vehicles require an adapterso that their vehicle can be correctlyconnected to the frame
in order tosubsequently lift their vehicle.
Do not make any changes(innovations) to the jack.
Failure to follow these instructionsmay result in personal injury andpossible damage.
When working under the car, additionally secure the vehicle withsuitable undercarriage blocks
It isnot allowed to work underneath thevehicle without such undercarriageblocks. No persons
may be lifted with thisproduct. The device is only used to raise and lower the load.
Do not overload the product bypermanently holding a load, this
can lead to personal injury and product damage.
There are always residual risks, such as crushing injuries or the
slipping of the car, which can lead to serious injuries.
The jack can lift the load between a height of 85mm and 330mm.
Requirements for use:
It is possible for air to enter thejack's hydraulic system. Thefollowing is to be done for theremoval of air:
1 Open the relief valve by turningthe valve counterclockwise.
2. push the handle 4 fast and wholeblows up and down. This will causethe air to escape.
3. tighten the relief valve by turningit clockwise and pump with the handle.
When the lift arm moves upwards, the jack is ready for use. If this isnot the case, repeat the procedure.
Operating instructions:
Important: Before lifting yourvehicle with the jack, read theinstructions for use for your vehicle. Use the information listed there
Lifting positions.
1. lifting the load: Turn the reliefvalve tightly but not too tightly(turn clockwise). Position the jack underneath the
load, so that the terminal is firmlyconnected to the load. Center theload so that it can no longer slip. Press the jack handle until theterminal re
aches the load. Checkagain that the connection terminalis still correctly positioned. Lift the load to the desired height. Make sure that the jack
does not liftmore than the maximum load. Donot crawl under your car as long asthe car is lifted or the supports aremoved. Place the support
s only inthe positions provided by thevehicle manufacturer so that thelifted vehicle is actually supportedandsecured.
2. lowering the load: open the relief valve very slowly (turncounterclockwise). When the reliefvalve is open, the
Terminal and load sink. Lower thevehicle very slowly so that the loadand supports are not shaken. If thejack has ever been repaired, lift thev
ehicle only until you can removethe supports. Then lower thevehicle very slowly.
Turn the lever part slowlycounterclockwise to lower the jackto the lowest position.
Caution: Keep your hands and feet away from the jack's hingemechanism.
Problems
The jack does not lift the load
The jack does not hold the loadupwards or the handle movesupwards
The jack does not lift the load to themaximum height at
The jack cannot be loweredcompletely
The jack does not lift the loadsmoothly or feels spongy or loose
Solution
The relief valve is not closed. Turnthe valve tightly (clockwise).
There is too little oil in the jack. Fillthe appropriate amount of oilaccording to L2.
The pump seal and the circlip aredefective. Clean the oil passage, replace the seal and replace the oil.
(This procedure must be performedby a qualified service center).
The hydraulic system is filled withair. Open the relief valve, quicklypump the handle (4) up and downwith
full force to release the air. Then tighten the relief valve again.
The counter spring is broken or thelinks are binding. Replace thecounter spring if it is broken. Lubricate
the joint shaft with oil
The discharge ball does not seal thehydraulic system or the oil is dirty. Rinse out the hydraulic
systemmanually by raising and
loweringthe lift arm. To do this, you mustopen the relief valve.
