Solution
• Place handset in base for 10 seconds to reset the
phone. If that doesn't work, charge battery for 12
hours.
• Did you program the memory location keys
correctly?
• Did you follow proper dialing sequence?
• Make sure the tone/pulse setting is programmed
correctly.
• If the phone still does not work, disconnect the power
cord and remove the battery pack. Then reconnect the
power cord and reinstall the battery pack. Place
handset in the base for 30 seconds to allow it to
reinitialize.
• If a power outage occurs while the handset is away
from the base, the handset must be returned to the
base when the power returns.
