Wall-mounted installation of telephone:
1. Attach mounting bracket Art. 7147 to a 3-module vertical back box flush-mounted on
the wall about 1.40 m from the ground or fix it directly to the wall using the expansion
plugs provided.
2. Connect the telephone cord supplied with the bracket by inserting the plug at one end
in the socket on the back of the telephone (Fig. 2) and the plug at the other end in the
socket on accessory Art. 3560 for connection to the telephone line or PBX switchboard
(Fig. 3).
3. Attach the telephone to the mounting bracket by hanging it over the hooks and pushing
it down until it is locked in place (Fig. 4).
To detach the telephone from the mounting bracket, prise open the safety tab with a
screwdriver and detach the unit by pushing it up (in the opposite direction to that indica-
ted by arrows 1 and 2).
4 Local line connection.
Before using the telephone for the first time, set the exchange dialling mode using the
switch on the side of the telephone (Fig. 5):
MF (tone) = multi-frequency setting (DTMF), or
DC (Pulse) = decadic setting.

Ringer volume.
Select the required ringer volume using the ringer switch (Fig. 5):
= loud ring
= quiet ring.
5 Local or internal line telephone setting.
The telephone may be connected directly to the telephone line by setting the "LU-DER"
switch (Fig. 5) to "LU". If instead the interphone is connected to a switchboard (type
ELVOX Art. 3514-3528), the switch must be set to "DER".

Redial.
If the number called is engaged or does not answer, you can automatically redial the
number by hanging up, lifting the handset and pressing the "RP" button.

When this push-button is connected to the VIDEOMOVING system of entrance panel,
keeping it pressed down for an instant, the vertical camera angle may be adjusted to
frame people of different heights.
