intensive use. Alternatively, we recommend emptying the shower
after daily use to prevent the formation of germs.
• For optimum performance of your new shower, it should always be
connected to the garden hose with the tap at least half-open. This is
the only way to shower at maximum pressure.
We suggest in the first step to anchor the bottom part of the shower firmly to the
floor. After that, insert the body into the foot. Then attach the upper part firmly to the
lower part. Please do not use any tools. If you use tools, be careful. To avoid possible
scratches and damages, please wrap a cloth around the wrench. DO NOT TIGHTEN
TOO TIGHT! Please use plenty of Teflon tape around the threads, to ensure that all
connections are watertight.
• Tighten the showerhead with an adequate amount of Teflon tape.
• Then wrap Teflon tape around the short end of the extension pipe and the other
end and screw it tightly into the shower. If the showerhead is pointing upwards,
unscrew it again, rotate it a bit and screw it on again. Do not overtighten!
• Follow the same procedure for the foot shower.
• Screw the hose adapter tight and click the garden hose on. If there are leaks,
unscrew the respective parts, wrap further layers of Teflon tape around them and
screw them on again.
• Connect the garden hose to the solar shower. Turn on the garden hose tap to fill
the solar tank with water (this process usually takes 2 - 3 minutes). Leave the solar
shower tap open during this process!
• Turn off the shower as soon as water flows out of the shower head.
• Now the water in the solar tank can heat up (depending on the outside
temperature, the time for heating the water varies).
Note for storage out of season:
• After the bathing season, clean the solar shower with a soft cloth.
• Drain the water completely from the shower. (Small screw on the base,
alternatively unscrew the tap, but this will not empty the shower completely).
• Please close the water tap in the garden which is connected to the inlet of the solar
shower. Please set the valve to the "open" position to ensure that all water can be
drained from the solar shower.
• At times of frost or possible frost, the cold and hot water valve should be in the

"OPEN" position. Damage caused by frost is not covered by the warranty.
• Keep the shower dry and safe from environmental influences.
Warning:
Damage caused by mud, salt water or frost is not covered by our warranty. Be sure to
close the tap when not using the shower. At worst, water will flow out of the shower
should a defect occur contrary to expectations.
In case of dripping water, please check the proper connection of the showerhead and
the foot of the shower. In particular, please check the temperature regulator. A temper-
ature regulator that is not closed will of course cause water to enter the shower and
exit the showerhead. Even a slight leakage at this point will cause a water leakage.
Disposal:
Once item end-of-life, please dispose valuable raw materials for a proper recycling. If
you are not sure how to handle it in a correct way please contact your local disposal or
recycling centers for advice.
