• Select your user number by pressing the corresponding button.
• Then stand on the scales.
• The display flashes twice and then shows your weight.
• These scales turn off automatically after ten seconds without use.
Note: if you do not wait before getting on the scales, an error will occur. If
this happens, get off the scales, wait for them to turn off and start again at
point three.
• If you weigh over the maximum limit (150 kg), the display shows the error
message 'ERR' .
• To select the unit of measurement for the desired weight (kg/lb/st), open
the battery compartment. Slide the tab to the value you prefer.
MAINTENANCE:
• To avoid damage, ensure that the scales do not come into contact with
cosmetics or bathroom liquids.
• To clean them, use a damp cloth and a gentle detergent. Dry the appliance
carefully, since moisture could affect the internal parts of the scales. Do not
use abrasive cleaning agents as they may damage the display.

IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS

• Check that the batteries are correctly in position.
• Check that you have selected the desired unit of measurement.
• Check that the scales are on a flat surface and are not in contact with a
wall.
• Check that you have not stood on the scales before the display showed
'0.0' .
Battery low indicator
When the screen displays 'Lo' or when the light does not come on, the bat-
teries have run out. Please change the batteries.
CAUTION! When you want to dispose of the appliance, NEVER throw
it in the rubbish bin. Take it to your nearest CLEAN POINT or the
waste collection centre closest to your home for processing. You will
thus be helping to take care of the environment.
