ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Obtain the appropriate inner packaging in
accordance with specifications listed in the 49 CFR.
2. Fold flaps on bottom of carton so that they meet.
Manufacturer's certification must be visible on the
outside of the carton. (See Figure 1)
3. Seal bottom of carton with three parallel strips of 2"
wide (2.6 mil) polypropylene tape (Uline Model #
S-14564). The tape must overlap 0.5" side to side and
extend 3" over each end of the carton.

4. Unfold insert. To set up bottom of insert, bend back flaps on panel "A" and fold so that the tab locks into
the slot. (See Figure 3)
