SPECIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT
Linear shower drainage allows to drain water from the floors or shower trays located under a shower. Thanks to the use of stainless steel
to their construction, the drainage can serve long as its function while remaining aesthetically pleasing finishing element of the bathroom.
Wide adjustment possibilities allow for installation in any type of a new bathroom.
Proper, correct, reliable, and safe operation of the product is dependent on its proper use, therefore:
Prior to working with the product, you should read all the instruction and keep it around.
For any damage caused by failure to comply with safety regulations and instructions of this manual, the supplier is not responsible.
PRODUCT EQUIPMENT
The product is supplied in a complete state but its assembly is required before installing the product in a sewerage system. Together with
the product there are delivered adjustable stands, which are necessary for levelling of drainage, the reducer of connector to the sewage
system, waterproofing mat and hook for easy disassembly of the drainage grate.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION

Warning! Prior to product installation it is recommended to make measurements of drain position, taking into account the position of
sewerage system and arrangement of ceramic tiles.
Install the adjustable supports and secure them using locking nuts (II).
Place the drain in its target place and connect it to a sewerage system outflow. If it is necessary, use pipe downsizing supplied with the
product or purchased separately, to adjust the drain diameter to the diameter of a sewerage system (III). Make sure that the connection is
tight, e.g. by pouring water into the drain and observing possible leakage.
Set the level of floor, and then level the drain using the supports (IV). Horizontal part of drain flange must be located below the planned floor
level, taking into account the thickness of all construction materials. The edge of vertical part of drain should be at least levelled with wall
surface, taking into account the thickness of all construction materials. It is recommended to maintain a spacing of approx. 1 mm between
the wall surface and the edge of vertical part of drain. This will prevent accumulation of water at the edge of vertical part of drain. It is recom-
mended that the floor gradient towards the drain amounts 1% to 5%. This will prevent accumulation of water next to the edge of drain.
The adjustable supports have holes in feet that allow attaching them to subgrade using screws (available separately).
Pour the concrete screed onto the drain up to the level of drain flange. A surface of plastering mortar on the wall should be levelled with a
flange of vertical part of drain (VI).
After the screed has dried out protect the connection of flange and screed, as well as plastering mortar from penetration of water. Cut
the supplied or separately purchased waterproofing mat to stripes while preparing to separate application on vertical and horizontal part,
providing small (approx. 2 cm) overlaps. It is not recommended to apply the mat in one piece, as this may not provide sufficient insulation
against water penetration.
Apply waterproofing layer around the flange, for example the so-called "liquid gum". The area of coat applied should be a little bit bigger
than the size of a waterproofing mat.
Prior to drying out of waterproofing coat, apply the stripes of waterproofing mat around the drain and press them (VII). Then spread the
subsequent waterproofing coat over the mat and allow it to dry.
After it has dried proceed to install the top layer of floor and wall e.g. of ceramic tiles. The connection of top layer of floor and drain hole to
be sealed using silicone or elastic grout. After the sealing and top layer of floor have dried, the product is ready for use.
From one side, the drain cover is designed for filling with a layer of tiles. After turning it180 degrees, it is possible to use the cover made
of stainless steel. After turning, rearrange all plastic supports so that they found themselves on the bottom side of the cover. If covers are
filled by means of ceramic tiles, use adhesives designed for bonding ceramic materials with metal. All metal surfaces to be covered with
adhesive should be degreased before the start of work.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

It is required to clean the drain cover on regular basis using commonly available bathroom cleaning agents. As the stainless steel is prone
to scratches, avoid abrasive cleaning agents.
The inside of drain should be maintained on regular basis, depending in frequency of use. Lift and dismantle the cover of drain hole, for
this purpose it is recommended to use a hook supplied with the product. Clean the cover from impurities.
Lift and dismantle the drain sieve (VIII) and then clean it. Dismantle the drain trap by pulling it towards the rear wall of drain (IX). Clean and
check the condition of sealing. If you find any damages, cracks or losses, replace it with a new one.
Thoroughly clean the inside of drain hole and then install all parts in reverse order.
Warning! Prior to installation of drain trap it is recommended to apply a layer of liquid soap or dishwashing liquid onto sealing. This will
facilitate installing the drain trap.
