Any kind of modification shall
be considered as product
tampering and shall nullify the
relative warranty.
Precautions must be taken to
•
prevent gas coming from the
gas flue pipe or from other fuel
combustion units from entering
into the room.
Fans must be installed in such a
•
way that the blades or impellers
are positioned more than 2.3 m
over the floor level.
Note. On Nordik 1 S/L models it is necessary to
install an incandescence lamp with an E27 fitting
and a maximum power of 150 W and fix the globe
in place with the three screws provided (Fig.21)
after performing the connection. It is also possible
to use neon lamps with E27 fittings provided they
have the same power of the incandescence lamps.

WARNING! The anchoring devices shown in figures 4
are purely indicative. Respect the instructions given
below to install the appliance.
1.Check that the intended ceiling is structurally suited
to support the weight of the product.
2.Pay attention that the anchoring devices do not
jeopardize the structural strength of the intended
ceiling.
3.Use correctly tightened anchoring devices suited to
the weight of the product and to the type of the
ceiling. Make sure that these are of a type that
cannot be unscrewed by the rotation of the product.

Cleaning

Before cleaning the unit or carrying out maintenance
operations turn the main switch off and remove the
plug from the power supply.

Disposal

This product complies with Directive 2012/19/EU on
the management of waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE).
The crossed-out wheeled bin sym-
bol on the appliance indicates that,
at the end of its life, the product
should not be discarded together
with household waste but must be
taken to a separate collection
point for electrical and electronic
equipment. This will avoid negative effects on the
environment and
health, and will encourage correct treatment, dispo-
sal and recycling of the materials from which the
product is made.
Contact the municipal authority for the location of
this type of facility. Alternatively, the distributor is
obliged to take back the appliance to be disposed of
free of charge in exchange for the purchase of an
equivalent appliance.
