12. Install Door Panel and Final Adjustment

- Lift door panel and insert pivot hole of door side frame over the bottom pivot pin. Align pivot hole of door side
frame with top bushing and insert the long end of the pivot pin through the bushing into pivot hole of door side
frame.
- Final Adjustment. Check that the door is square to the framework opening or the bottom edge of door panel rubs
on the bottom bridge member hollow seal. If the door is not square or rubs, from inside the shower remove the four
3 1/2" wall mounting screws. (Do not remove the door or framework; adjustments can be made with door and
framework in place).
- Make adjustments to the framework by inserting a Phillips screwdriver through the holes in side panel expander
jamb and turning the adjustment blocks in as required to align unit.
- After adjustments are complete, reinstall the mounting screws.
13. Seal the Unit and Installing the Cushion
- Clean all dust, dirt or grease from the bottom framework and shower floor ledge. The areas to be sealed must be
thoroughly dry.
- Carefully run a bead of silicone sealant around the outside of the shower door where the bottom frame meets the
shower receptor. Do not seal on the inside of the shower door.
- Pull hollow seal back and apply silicone sealant at each end of bottom bridge member as shown.
- Attach a cushion into the top and bottom flange slot by pushing the cushions into the slots in the flange until they
snap into place.
Allow sealant to cure 24 hours before use.
