4. Maintenance / Changing the
bulb
Caution! Window (4), light bulb and reflector can
become very hot. Risk of burning! Allow to cool
before dismantling.
Press the battery pack release (2) button and
remove the battery pack (1). Unscrew the locking
ring (5). Remove the reflector. Remove the bulb
from the socket. Insert new bulb (in order to not
shorten the service life of the bulb, do not touch the
bulb with your bare hands.) Reassemble.
5. Repairs
Repairs to Metabo machines must be carried
out by qualified electricians only!
Metabo machines requiring repairs can be sent to
the address specified on the spare-parts list. Please
attach a description of the fault to the power tool.

6. Environmental Protection

Battery packs must not be disposed of with regular
waste. Return faulty or used battery packs to your
Metabo dealer!
Do not allow battery packs to come into contact with
water!
Only for EU countries: Never dispose of
power tools in your household waste! In
accordance with European Guideline 2002/
96/EC on used electronic and electric equipment
and its implementation in national legal systems,
used power tools must be collected separately and
handed in for environmentally compatible recycling.
