Step 3: Adjust the pressure regulator to a lower position
(Anticlickwise rotation).
Step 4: Hold the left side of rear axle in connection with the
bike trainer's left bayonet.
Step 5: Insert the right side of rear axle on the right bayonet
of bike trainer. Screw the knob tightly.
Step 6: Recheck the both sides locked tightly, then adjust the
locking knob in the same direction with the frame.
Step 7: Adjust the pressure regulator till it touches the
tire. The tightness of pressure regulator determines the
resistance force. The tighter, the greater the force is.

Step 8: Wire control installation
Install the Wire control at any place of handlebar, but one
installed place's diameter must be less than 3cm. The new
wire can make a fine adjustment for the resistance force. It is
more convenient.
Step 9: The front wheel pad is used to prevent the bicycle
