Secure V-strut (12) and struts (6) to pole (11) using bolt (16) washers (4) and nut (17) as
shown. Then attach bottom of pole (11) to V-strut (12) using bolt (13) and washer (4) as
shown. Do not tighten completely at this stage of assembly.
