5.0 Warranty

BEHAbelt paddle welding tools are subject to strict quality controls. Should,
however, defects in functioning occur in daily practice, we grant a warranty
of 12 months (only valid in conjunction with the invoice). Productions or
material defects will be removed by us free of additional charge if failure
occurs without third party interference and the product returns to us un-
opened.
Damage resulting from dropping or resulting from incorrect use are explic-
itly excluded from the guarantee. This applies in particular for the welding
mirror with Tefl on coating.
Modifi cations and errors excepted.
