Install hitch – Raise hitch over the exhaust and into position. Install (2) M12 bolts
① and (2) conical washer ②, both sides.
6. Tighten all M12 fasteners with torque wrench to 76 Lb.-Ft. (103 N*M) and M8
fasteners to 27Lb.-Ft. (37N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
8.
Trim underbody panel – Using hack saw, trim appearance panel (2 places).
Note: Obtain vehicle owner's approval before cutting appearance panel.

Reinstall exhaust – Using 12mm socket, install (2) M8 bolts (removed previously), (2)
conical washers ③, and (2) hex nuts ④ to attach the exhaust hanger to the bracket
of the hitch.
9.
Reinstall underbody panel – Using 13 fasteners previously removed reinstall
appearance panel. Note: slide rear of panel in place first for ease of installation.
