Chapter 7: Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for 5 years, parts and labour included.
The guarantee comes into force as of the date of invoice.
Our guarantee will only be valid on condition that the purchaser fulfils his contractual obligations,
especially concerning payment for the equipment.
The guarantee is limited to replacement or repair in our works of original parts recognized as being faulty
after inspection by our services.
All other rights are excluded. More particularly, application of the guarantee shall not give rise to payment
of damages under any circumstances whatsoever.
This guarantee applies exclusively to products installed and used as per the instructions contained in
technical assembly and utilisation documents.
IMPORTANT
: Keep your proof of purchase (invoice of delivery slip), as it will be requested from
you should the guarantee need to be applied.
