Operating the Juicer
1.
Place bowl (3) on base over motor shaft (10).
Insert strainer (9) into bowl (3).
2.
Select reamer (2, 7, 8) and push onto motor shaft (10).
3.
Place splash cover (1) on bowl (3).
4.
Plug into grounded electrical outlet.

Press power switch (6) to ON (I).
7.
Place halved citrus fruit on reamer (2, 7, 8) and hold citrus in place until
all the juice is removed.
NOTES:
•
When placing the fruit onto the reamer (2, 7, 8), make sure your hand touches only the fruit and does
not come in contact with the reamer.
•
For best juicing, citrus fruits should be at room temperature.
8.
When fi nished juicing, press power switch (6) to OFF (O).
Noise Level: The equivalent continuous sound level when the juicer is operating on no-load is 72dB(A).
Cleaning the Juicer
Daily cleaning and sanitizing is required to ensure optimum quality and long life of the appliance. Always
rinse all food contact parts after each use and, at the end of the day, wash and sanitize.
Turn appliance OFF (O) and unplug from electrical outlet.

Remove the splash cover (1), reamer (2, 7, 8), strainer (9), and bowl (3).

Remove all pulp and seeds from all parts.

Wash all removed parts in a commercial dishwasher or hand wash using warm soapy water. Rinse

and dry.
Wipe the base (5) and motor shaft (10) with a clean, damp, soft cloth and dry.

NOTES:
• Do not immerse the base in water.
• Do not allow juice to dry on juicer parts.
• Remove pulp and seeds from parts in between uses.
Troubleshooting Guide
Problem . . .
Juice will not fl ow
through container spout.
Juicer will not ream fruit. • Make sure enough pressure is applied to the fruit during operation.
Motor will not run.
Juice has bitter taste.

Solution . . .
• Check to see if the strainer (9) or spout (4) is plugged with seeds or pulp from
the last use.
• Make sure the reamer (2, 7, 8) is pushed all the way down onto the motor
shaft (10).
• Motor has stalled and/or motor cutout switch has opened. Unplug the juicer
and allow the unit to cool.
• Make sure excessive pressure is not applied to fruit during operation.
• Make sure juicer is plugged into outlet and power switch (6) is in the ON (I)
position.
• Make sure excessive pressure is not applied to fruit during operation.
• Too much pressure will allow rind in juice, which is bitter.
