Setting up the flash unit/functional test
Place the SF 26 in the position required for
the subsequent shot.
Switch on all devices and wait until all invol-
ved flash units are ready to flash.
Take a test photo and check:
- whether the Leica SF26 has output a flash
- whether the subject is illuminated as
desired
If not, change the position of the Leica
SF 26 and/or the main flash unit accordin-
gly.
Please note:
• For a set-up far away from the camera, we
recommend mounting the flash on a tripod
with an adapter that can be found at a
camera dealer.
• To further increase the illumination flexibi-
lity, several Leica SF 26 can be used as
second light sources.
