Troubleshooting
Problem: the Fluff Remover
doesn't work.
Solution: make sure that:
• the batteries are fresh and
correctly inserted;
• the container channel and/or
head are clean;
• the head is correctly
inserted.
Problem: the device doesn't
remove fluff.
Solution:
• set the head ring to a lower
position;
• have your Alessi dealer check
that the blades are sharp;
• check that the container
channel and/or head are
clean.
Problem: the Fluff Remover is
too noisy.
Solution: switch it off, remove
the batteries, and check that:
• the blades and/or head are
correctly inserted;
• check that the container
channel and/or head are
clean.
Problem: the blade head
doesn't screw back on
completely.
Solution: check that the blade
is correctly inserted (the two
red marks must be aligned).
ATTENTION!
If the product malfunctions
or becomes damaged, switch
it off, do not use it, and take
it to your Alessi dealer or
Alessi service centre.
