1Step Extraction kit (19+)
This device allows for easy insertion and removal of the pressing units and peel ejectors in just
one step (Fig. 1+).
Before installation remember to insert the Blade holder S +plus (9+).
To install, line up the pressing units with the shafts and adjust their position while sliding them
in. Use the central knob to attach the device to the machine.
Note: To remove simply reverse the process.
Disassembly of the device
a) Unscrew the Securing knob (6) which is between the pressing units and holds both of
the metal holders (19.2+ and 19.2+).
b) Carefully remove the Front holder (19.2+).
c) Remove the Peel ejectors (7 and 8) and separate the lower (4) and upper (5) Pressing
units.
See Figure 19+.
Assembly of the device
a) Place the Rear holder (19.1) on a flat surface. The peel ejector brackets should be face
down.
b) Line the upper and lower pressing units up to each other. Put the circular bases of the
pressing units into the holes in the holder. Remember that the pressing units are different
to each other, ensure that they are installed as shown in the diagram.
c) Fit the peel ejectors onto the metal holders of the unit leaving the extractor positioned
on the lower pressing unit.
d)Fit the protuding cones of the pressing units into the four circular bushes of the front
holder (19.2+).
e) Attach both holders with the Securing knob (6).
Note: For cleaning instructions for the juicing unit refer to the Cleaning section.
Plastic Juice Container (30)
Make sure that the sealing gasket is correctly mounted on the container (Fig. 11). Then place
the container in the machine. Line up and place under the container on the four lugs that you
will see on the machine (Fig. 2).
Plastic inner filter (31)
Place on the inside of the juice container (Fig. 2).
Plastic juicer filter (32)
Place on the inside of the juice container (Fig. 2).
Peel bucket (33)
Place the peel buckets under the cover side outlets (Fig. 2 or 3 depending on model).
Drip tray (34)
Place under the juice outlet (Fig. 2 or 3 depending on model).
Self Service Juice container (40)
Line up the container in the main opening. At the same time, line up the two side lugs at
the ends of the container and press. Pressing the side buttons may help mount it (Fig. 12).
Self Service Sub-filter (41)
Place on the inside of the juice extraction container (Fig. 3).
Self Service/Tank Filter (42)
Line up the 2 rear openings with the 2 inner rear lugs of the container. Let the filter fall forwards
and line up the front openings with the front lugs.
The filter rests on the SS Juice container (40) (Fig. 3) or Tank Juice container (50) (Fig. 5).
Automatic PulpOut System (42+)
With this device pulp and seeds will be removed automatically during the juicing process.
