Finishing Feeder AccuCrank™
Assembling
The following steps are written for (2) people to assemble the feeder together, one person
working from each end of feeder.
Step #1
Place feeder bottom (A) upside down on top of workstation. Set both skirts (C) underneath the
feeder bottom one on each side. Holes on feeder skirt must match holes on feeder bottom. Next
take the ends (B) and attach one on each end of bottom. Make sure when you attach the ends
to the bottom that the pre punched holes match up with the bottom and the end panel.
Step #2
Use 1/4" x 1/2" bolts (Item1) and 1/4" locknuts (Item 5) to attach the ends to the bottom. Put all
the bolts and locknuts on the bottom of end panel first. Next, attach the skirt (C) to the end
panel (B) using one 1/4" x 3/4" bolt (Item 2) in the bottom hole and one 1/4" x 1/2" bolt (Item 1)
in top hole. Use a flat washer (Item 3) on these two bolts on inside of feeder and then a lock nut
(Item 5). Tighten all bolts.
Note: The one 1/4" X 3/4" bolt (Item 2) that is used on bottom hole on each end of skirt is the
only place on the feeder that you will use this bolt, all the rest of the 1/4" bolts used will be 1/2 "
long (item 1).
Note: After you have completed step #2, check all bend corners on bottom making sure
there are no open gaps. If any corner gaps are present, use 100% Silicone Caulk
Industrial Grade RTV to seal off gaps.
