6.0 Error Messages and their Meaning
Note: 80% of all the Operational Problems may be caused by dust and dirt inside the machine. Keeping the machine clean may avoid malfunctions
Message Solution
Feeding Sensor Clean the dust and restart the unit
Left IR Sensor Contact AccuBANKER USA support
Right IR Sensor Contact AccuBANKER USA support
Stacker Sensor Clean the dust and restart the unit
Speed Sensor Contact AccuBANKER USA support
UV Sensor Contact AccuBANKER USA support
Send Data Error Check the computer connectivity cable. Press Start/Stop to continue
Half Notes Remove the half notes. Press Start/Stop to continue counting
Double Notes Old bills may cause this issue. Check the bills. If not, decrease the hopper height (see page 10)
Chain Notes Remove the bills. Decrease the hopper distance (see page 10)
Differ Size Note Remove the shorter/longer bill. Press Start/Stop to resume counting
Jam in Transmiss Recount the bills. Increase hopper distance if problem persists (see page 10)
UV Suspect Notes Remove the suspicious bill. Press Start/Stop to continue counting
MG Suspect Notes Remove the suspicious bill. Press Start/Stop to continue counting
MT Suspect Notes Remove the suspicious bill. Press Start/Stop to continue counting
