Description
Clean the check valve and the prefilter.
Check pressure pipe and intake pipe for
leakage and seal if necessary
Check and correct tank pressure
Causes
No power supply.
Blocked pump wheel
Missing, loose or blocked check valve
Check valve is not in water.
No water in the pump shell.
Too high suction head.
Air bubbles in the suction pipeline.
Connections not sealed, pump sucks air,
pump is not deaerated.
Prefilter clogged
Pump is overheated and switched off by
the thermal overloading protection.
No electric power supply.
Impurity particles (e.g. pebbles) have
settled down in the suction hole.
Too high suction head.
Strainer of the check valve dirty

Removal
Turn the engine shaft with screwdri-
ver through the fan cover (to release
friction circles sealing that may be stuck
together).
Fix or clean the check valve.
Immerse the check valve into water.
Fill the pump shell with water.
Check the suction head.
Check the tighten of suction pipeline.
Carefully repeat connection according to
the chapter „Connection"!
Clean the prefilter.

Let the device getting cool!
Check power supply.
Disassemble and clean the suction
hose, prevent from suction of foreign
substances.

Clean the strainer., Position the check valve
lower.
