PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

This chapter describes the most common problems related to appliance use. If the problems
cannot be resolved with the information below, please contact the Authorised Assistance
Centre.
Problem
The plate (9)
remains cold or
does not heat up.
The plate
temperature LED

Possible cause
There is no power supply.
Normal procedure.

Pure distilled water or
softened water is being

Starch is being used.
The plate temperature
is too cold due to the
Super-steam button being

Solution
Verify whether the plug (11) is inserted
correctly or try inserting it in another
socket.
Verify whether the temperature
adjustment knob (2) is set to the
minimum temperature Ø (Fig. D).
