INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BATTERY CHARGER FEATURES AND OPERATING MODES
CHARGE CYCLES
The charge cycles of the new battery chargers have been specially developed to optimize the charge of all types of batteries
available in the market. The numerous constructional technologies of currently available batteries require different charging
curves to ensure correct and complete charging. These battery chargers extend the lives of your batteries because they provide
each with the proper charge cycle.
1 • Battery state diagnosis: "A1"
2 • Charging: "Deep discharge recovery"
3 • Charging: "soft I"
4 • Charging: "I"
5 • Charging: "U0"
6 • Charging: "Recovery" *
7 • Battery state diagnosis: "A2"
8 • Charging: "U"
9 • Charging: "Up"
• RECOVERY FUNCTION (RECON): This charging mode is used to recover 12V Wet batteries that have been left unused for
a long time and in which the acid has stratified. This function physically acts on the electrolyte solution of the battery, so that it
mixes again and contrasts stratification.
• SHOW ROOM FUNCTION: The battery chargers are provided with the Show room function, which is used to keep all the
equipment of the vehicle running during demos in the car shop. (Only in 12V mode)
• SUPPLY FUNCTION: The battery chargers are provided with the Supply function (power supply). This function is used to keep
a vehicle's memory banks active while the battery is being changed or whenever the battery is disconnected from the vehicle's
circuit. (Only in 12V mode)
• BATTERY TESTS AND ERROR INDICATORS: The battery chargers are designed to determine the battery's condition before
and while charging, and inform about any connection faults between the battery charger and the battery to charge. An error code
can be viewed on the digital display, which allows the fault to be quickly and simply checked out.

The battery charger tests the state of charge of the
battery to charge.
The battery charger starts charging using a pulsating
current until the battery reaches optimal voltage and
power levels before starting the second charging step.
The battery is charged at a reduced, constant current.
The battery is charged at a constant current until the
battery reaches its maximum voltage.
The battery is charged at a stabilised voltage until
current reaches minimum values.
Only with battery charger set to RECON: the battery is
charged deeply at a constant current and increasing
voltage to boost the charge capacity of the battery.
The battery charger tests the state of efficiency of the
charged battery.
The battery charge is maintained at a reduced, constant
voltage.
The battery charge is maintained with pulses of current
(provided constantly).
