Trouble-shooting

Symptom
The product will not
work, even though
the control is used
correctly.
The product runs up
and down unevenly.
The baskets are
unable to close/
open.
The product is
jammed.
Contact Pressalit A/S or your dealer if the problem cannot be remedied. Do not
attempt to repair the product yourself, as this will invalidate the guarantee.
Cause
Fault in power supply.
The sliding brackets
are not properly
lubricated.
The basket may
have been twisted
unintendedly.
Interruption of the
power supply.
Action
Check that all wires and
plugs are intact and
correctly connected.
Contact Pressalit A/S or
your local dealer.
Oil the sliding brackets
as described under
"Maintenance".
Try to straighten the
basket.
Reset the product. See
"Resetting".
