Inserting the Drawer Bottom Panel (K) into the groove provided on the Drawer Front and Back Panel (J), attach
the left side Drawer Side Panel (I) as shown. Make sure that the Drawer Bottom Panel also fits securely into the
groove on this panel as well.
Secure in place with 6 each M4X40 Screw (4).
In the same manner, attach the right side (with lock clip) Drawer Side Panel (I) as shown and secure in place
with 6 each M4X40 Screw (4).
Repeat the above steps to make another drawer unit.
Attach the Upper Drawer Face Panel to the Drawer Front Panel with 4 each M6X21 Bolt (17) and Washer D16 (18).
Attach the Lock & Key Unit (6) with 2 each M4X10 Screw (16) by inserting the lock through the hole located
in the Upper Drawer Face Panel (G) so that the screw enters the back of the Upper Drawer Face Panel (G) and
only the lock cylinder is exposed on the outside of the panel.
On the second drawer attach the Lower Drawer Face Panel with 4 each M6X21 Bolt (17) and Washer D16 (18).
With both drawers closed test the Lock Unit (6) to make sure that both drawers are locked when the key is in
the locked position. Adjust the Lock Clip as necessary. If the top drawer is locking but not the bottom, make
sure that the Lock & Key Unit (6) is properly engaging with the Lock Bar (22). The Lock Bar (22) should move
vertically when the lock is rotated.
