EN Before you start

• Switch on the appliance at the mains consumer unit. The appliance is ready for use.
WARNING: Read the instructions before using the appliance.
• To avoid the risks that are always present when you use an electrical appliance it is important that this
appliance is installed correctly and that you read the safety instructions carefully to avoid misuse and
hazards.
• Please keep this instruction booklet for future reference and pass it on to any future owners. After
unpacking the appliance please check that it is not damaged. If in doubt, do not use the appliance but
contact the customer service helpline.
• Check the package and make sure you have all of the parts listed.
• Decide on the appropriate location for your product.
• This product contains glass, please take care when fitting or handling to prevent personal injury or
damage to the product.
• If you sell the appliance, give it away, or leave it behind when you move house, make sure you also pass
on this manual so that the new owner can become familiar with the appliance and its safety warnings.
NOTE! Before using the oven for the first time we recommend that the oven is switched on and set to
its highest temperature. Keep the oven door closed and leave the oven on for 90 minutes. Do not place
anything inside the cavity.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during this process by opening doors and windows in the room. Any odours
created during this operation are due to the evaporation of substances used to protect the appliance
during storage prior to installation.
Function & Settings
Setting the clock
• Once the appliance is connected to the power source, the display shows 12:00 and the indicator will
flash to allow the clock to be set in 24 hour format.
• Press the Increase Button "+" or the Decrease Button "–" to set the time. Allow five seconds for
confirmation after the time is set. Pressing and holding the buttons will increase the rate of change.
• To adjust the time after initial set up, press the Timer function selector "F" four times until the Clock
setting icon flashes and then adjust accordingly.
IMPORTANT: Ensure you set the clock at initial set up to use the full functionality of
the oven. In the event of a power cut, the clock will need to be reset.
Using the oven
• Set the oven temperature from 50°C - 250°C as required using the Temperature knob [7].
• The Temperature indicator [6] will turn on and switch off when the temperature is reached. It will turn off
and on regularly during use.
• Select the required cooking mode from the table below using the control knob [8].

Description
Use for illuminating the cavity when cleaning. The lamp will also
operate for all cooking modes when in use.
Circulates air at room temperature with no heat to assist the thawing
of frozen foods.
Combination of the fan and both heating elements provides more
even heat penetration. Preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes before use.
