In the event of an accident
All passengers must be told how to take the child out of the seat.
The child seat must be replaced after an accident: it may have
suffered damage that is not visible on the outside.

Comfort
When the child seat is used on the rear seats of the car, make sure
that there is enough room for the child's feet. If necessary, move the
front seat slightly forward.
Take frequent breaks on long journeys so that the child can move
about freely.
Assembling the child seat
Identify the components of the child seat before using it. Carefully
examine figure 1.

Place the seat (G) on a flat surface. Push the backrest (D) downwards
into the guides in the lower part of the sea (G) (Fig. 2). Check that it is
fully attached. The metal yolk (P) should remain behind the backrest.
Adjusting the child seat first
Check and if necessary adjust the height of the harness straps (E)
and headrest (A) before fitting the child seat in a car.
How to check the height of the harness straps and headrest
Put the child seat on the floor and sit the child snugly into the seat.
Check that the straps (E) are adjusted to the closest position to the
child's shoulders and preferably positioned just above the child's
shoulders (Fig. 3).
Adjust the height of the headrest (A) so that the child's head is well
enclosed; the headrest (A) must not touch the child's shoulders.
How to adjust the height of the harness straps and headrest
Pull the headrest (A) up to raise it (Fig. 4).
Press the button (Q) located on the back of the child seat and push
the headrest (A) down to lower it (Fig. 5).
