Instructions to use the sterilisable
surgical devices
Washing and disinfecting
SinCrest Kit is not sterile when supplied. It must be
washed and sterilised each time before it is used.
Disinfect the devices by means of the dedicated
germicide detergents immediately after the surgical
procedure to prevent cross contamination.
To wash the SinCrest Ø 3.0 and Ø 4.0 device accurately,
use the Screwdriver accessory contained in the tray
which allows unscrewing the top container and
removing the 2 internal components (see figure n. 8).
The inner cavity of the device must be washed by
means of a brush.
Wash the devices accurately with flowing water to
remove the residual tissue with the help of a soft brush
and check that they are not damaged.
For ultrasound cleaning, position the surgical devices
inside a container separately from other materials so
that no damage nor contamination takes place.

Sterilisation and storage
Before proceeding with the sterilisation stage, correctly
re-assemble the components and make sure that the
spring is repositioned as shown in the figure (greater
diameter facing the upper container).
Use the dedicated SinCrest Tray to arrange the surgical
devices. Disinfect and wash the Tray each time
immediately after it has been used. Make sure that no
residues remain in the drill and tool housings; in certain
cases, disassembling the tools is recommended for
better cleaning. When the Tray is washed in dedicated
tool-washers, place the tray diagonally for a better
elimination of the condensate steam. The use of
incorrect chemical detergents may damage the tray.
Seal the tray individually in a suitable sterile bag.
Sterilisation should take place inside a steam steriliser
at 134°C /18 min. / 2,150 bars, always using validated
sterilisation cycles according to the laws in force. The
maintenance of sterilisation is ensured by the a whole
bag: always check that it is not damaged before using
it.

operation of our product only if you read the present
