Detector Bracket {D} inside back cover
1. Attachment Knob – Attaches the clamp to the back of the detector.
2. Alignment Points – Aligns and secures the clamp.
3. Locking Knob – Turn to tighten the locking clamp to the grade rod.
4. On-Grade Reference – The top edge of the bar aligns with the on-
grade position.
5. Locking Clamp – Moves to tighten onto securely onto grade rods.
The clamp reverses for square or oval rods.
• (a) Rectangular rods.
• (b) Oval / Round rods.
To change, remove the screw and turn the clamp over.
6. Level Vial – The aids to keep the rod plumb when taking readings.

Special Features

Strobe Rejection – The RE Digital is designed to reject and eliminate
•
unwanted signals from strobe lights.
• Beam Finding – Passing the RE Digital through the laser beam will
cause the sensor to beep twice quickly.
• Out of Beam Display – If the detector is moved out of the detector
range, the arrow display will indicate the direction to move to return
to the laser beam.
• Laser Low Battery – Alerts the user when the laser's batteries are
getting low.
