13 Time defrost
This function allows you to program a defrosting time, without entering a weight, up to a maximum of 95 minutes. The program P30
is automatically selected and cannot be changed.
For example, to defrost fish for 20 minutes:
1. Press the TIME DEFROST (
2. Press the < or > buttons until 20:00 is displayed.
3. Press the START/+30S (
whilst the glass platter continues to rotate.
NOTE: Additionally, during the defrosting cycle, the glass platter will stop rotating and beep twice part way through the cooking time
to remind you to turn the food over. Press the PAUSE / CANCEL (
START/+30S ( ) button again to restart the defrosting cycle.
14 Multi-program cooking
This function allows you to program two consecutive cooking sequences, using different power levels if required. Also refer to
PROGRAMMABLE COOKING above.
For example, to defrost at 30% power for 10 minutes, followed by grilling at 100% power for 5 minutes:
1. Press the TIME DEFROST(
2. Press the START/+30S (
this mode).
3. Press the > button until 10:00 is displayed.
4. Press the GRILL ( ) button once and "G" flashes in the display.
5. Press the START/+30S (
6. Press the > button until 5:00 is displayed.
7. Press the START/+30S (
the two selected power levels. The microwave will beep once when the program changes.
NOTE: In this function, any combination of the power options are available, for example: "dEF1 & P100", "P80 & G" and "G
& C-1". However, the defrosting options "dEF1" and "dEF2" will always be the first operation regardless of the order they are
programmed in.
15 Auto-program cooking
This function allows you to cook several popular foods by selecting the number of units or weight of each option and the microwave
selects the pre-programmed cooking time accordingly. See Table 4.
For example, to cook 300g of meat at 100% power:
1. Press the > button until A3 shows in the display.
2. Press the START/+30S (
3. Press the > button until 300g shows in the display.
4. Press the START/+30S (
For example, to heat 2 hot drinks (200ml each) at 100% power:
1. Press the > button until A7 shows in the display.
2. Press the START/+30S (
3. Press the > button until 400 shows in the display.
4. Press the START/+30S (
NOTE: The preset timings for each program may not cook food to your taste dependent upon the weight and shape of the food.
Please ensure food is piping hot before consumption and cook the food for longer if necessary.
