Operation Attention!
This winch is not suitable for lifting loads! It is only suitable for pulling and moving loads.
Before using the winch, make sure that the rope is in good condition and use only flawless
slings to attach the load.
If the rope tears under load, it can swing violently. Avoid staying in the danger zone and make
sure that others are not endangered. Stand sideways at an angle of 90° to the wind.
Fastening the winches
Mount the winches on a safe surface. To increase stability and safety, the winch should be underlaid
with 10 mm bolts, washers and washers via the mounting holes in the base plate.
Mount the hand crank on the winch and secure it with the included self-locking nut. Make sure you
have enough space to turn the crank.
Attaching the load
Attention! Handle the rope only with gloves!
Unwind the rope with the crank (turn counterclockwise). Pulling the rope alone triggers the
lock! Therefore, a helper should be used to remove the rope.
Hook the train securely to the goods to be pulled. Make sure that the safety flap of the pull
hook is securely hooked in. Make sure that at least 4-6 cable windings remain on the drum to
avoid tearing the rope out of the drum - never extend the rope fully under load!
Adjust the gear lock according to the task (pull or extend). The lock must snap into place in the
respective final position - never work without a locked lock!
The pulling is done by turning the crank clockwise, the extending opposite.
Make sure that the rope runs cleanly winding next to winding on the drum. Never knot the rope
or wind loops!
If the train has arrived well at the desired place, secure it against rolling away or slipping away.
Only then loosen the rope a little in order to be able to remove the pull hook.
Then pull in the rope with a little tension (on the hook, not on the chew - risk of injury - hold it)
and wind it cleanly. Again, snap the gear lock into place!
